This week I’m bringing to you a (10 minutes) exercise that helps re-organise the spine, shoulders, and neck for better posture.
This will also help relieve tension in the back and ease aches and pains in the upper body.

We do a lot of leaning over every single day (to brush our teeth, wash our hands, make a cup of tea and so on) and when done badly (most people do) it will, in the long run, cause a lot of unnecessary wear and tear on the spine.
