My passion for posture (good that is!) started during my yoga studies. After I graduated, I wanted to learn more and go deeper in understanding the body and movement. I found the Feldenkrais Method (a gentle form of movement that helps re-align the skeleton) and embarked on a 4-year training.
Yoga and the Feldenkrais Method have given me the knowledge & the tools as well as the confidence & strength to embark on a journey to raise awareness of good posture.
The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.
