Do you go to exercise classes?
Or do you do it at home?
Whether you do my Feldenkrais lessons or you go to a class of yoga or pilates there is one movement you are asked to do many times and every time.
That is, bringing the knees up and the feet flat on the floor – in yoga it is call ‘constructive rest pose’.
This is a very simple movement but it can cause unnecessary strain to the lower back and add to the wear and tear in the spine if done in the classical way and regularly.
So, in this week’s video I show you how to bring your knees up safely and keep your back safe.
Please take the time to do it the classical way so that you can compare how it feels in your lower back.
And if this video was of good value to you then please share it with your tribe.
