The programme consists of exercises to help you get through these very delicate times without so much tension and stress in the body or mind.
These are exercises you want to come back to time and time again as they will help you navigate through (any) difficult time with less stress in the body and mind.
It includes a breathing exercise that will help you relax and calm your mind and improve the health of your lungs and increase its capacity ie. more oxygen in and more toxins out.
It also includes a yoga nidra session for deep relaxation and to help you sleep better.
