This online programme consists of somatic Feldenkrais exercises aimed at addressing issues in the pelvis and the back.
This programme is divided in 2 programmes. This means you have the choice between a programme that gives you a mixture of (mainly) FLOOR, CHAIR and STANDING EXERISES or if you can’t get on the floor then you have the programme with mostly CHAIR and a few standing exercises.
You will do the exercises in the comfort of your home, when it suits you best.
You will have access to the programme 24 hours a day, any day of the year.
The exercises are gentle and are suitable for people that are recovering from injuries or surgery but need to keep the body moving.
