I have been receiving questions about my online programme BETTER POSTURE for a BETTER LIFE, that is closing it’s door on 3/11.
And I would like to share these with you in the hope that these will help you make a decision to get in the boat to a better quality of life.
No, no, no, we don’t have a bar or Ted in my boat but I promise a lot of love and some juicy exercises and teachings too! (wait for a little surprise at the end – video)
Now, back to the questions I received:
Q: ” I’m not into sports…I don’t like to exercise but my upper body is stiff and aches pretty much every day. As I get older (I’m now 41) I feel I’m getting stiffer by the day and feel like an old lady most days… Is exercise the only way out, how much of it do I have to do – I don’t want to go on like this!”
A: Exercise is the only way you can get rid of stiffness, the aches & pains. However, this programme is based on Feldenkrais. This means, the exercises are not exercises per se but movements that you may even fall in love with – listen to these 2 audios here. When you put some work in you will start enjoying your body and life again without pain as a constant companion.
Q: “I’m noticing a neckhump… But, I’m almost 50, isn’t it too late to fix it?”
A: Your aim here is not to get that hump any worse and you can only do that by doing the right exercises (it may also become less noticeable with regular practice) and this is how the course will help you. I’m afraid it can only get worse if you do nothing about it.
Q: “I don’t have bad posture but my body aches from sitting a lot and I’m usually in discomfort and don’t know what to do with my body… Will this course help me?”
A: The reason your body aches and is in discomfort it’s because it is craving for movement. Doing a few (simple) exercises regularly will help you keep pain away and live in a more comfortable body. In this course you have a selection of exercises FOR LIFE – you can pop in and out as you wish.
Q: “I have bad posture because of my scoliosis, will your course help me – I’m not young, either!”
A: Whether you are 25 or 65+ yrs old the last thing you want to do is to do nothing about your current situation because it can only get worse. There is, I’m afraid, no cure for scoliosis (there will always be a degree of twist in your spine) but what you can do is to prevent it from getting worse and relieve the tension in the spine which as a result will make your day to day more comfortable – this is how this course can help you live a more comfortable life.
Q: “I’m 39 and have had chronic back pain since my 20’s – I have tried so many things but nothing really helped me so I’m reluctant to join your course”
A: I suggest you listen to these 2 audios (these is feedback from someone with the exact same experience as you)
Q: “My mom and granny both have a rounded back and I can now see how uncomfortable that is for them. I don’t want to end up like that…I want to learn and do some preventive work and maybe help them too? Will this course be right for me?
A: In the programme you will have the exercises to help you maintain an upright body, mobile and flexible and the posture teaching videos will teach you how to prevent a rounded back by moving your body correctly as you go about life. What you learn in the programme you can teach your mom and granny and you can even invite them to do the exercises with you.
Q: Why do you close the programme? And when will you open again? What about if I can’t start when I buy it?
A: I close it because I give 1 to 1 coaching and support to every single person that joins in. So each intake is a close up group that I take care of and I have no distractions from new people coming in all the time. I don’t know when I will open it again, it depends how this intake goes. You don’t have to start as soon as you join. You can start whenever you feel you are ready – it’s a life time programme that you are joining in – and now and then I add new things to help you go through life with good posture and pain free.
Now, do you have any questions you didn’t see here? If so then please use the comments field below.
And I hope to see you on board.
PS. Do you know of someone that you want to help to get better? Please let them know about this programme – DOORS CLOSE ON SUNDAY 3/11
