This is truly a re-markable practice. I have been saved from so much pain because of Posture Queen’s Feldenkrais exercises. This one for pain in the knees was miraculous for me. The first time i did it…no pain. I have also tried her Sciatica one and it relieved my pain. I had neck issues and upper back and each time I have been saved from so much pain. …A miracle has just happened…The short of it is I’m 62 years old, just had my 4th back surgery… Tried everything to rehab and get pain free. I had lumbar fusion on my L-3- L4 almost 2 years ago or more and still am in pain. Your videos have helped me so much. You are so knowledgable and I love your soft spoken voice.
I attended a 3 hour workshop given by Maria this weekend. The exercises were gentle and simple but the results were extraordinary. When I stood up at the end I literally felt I had been given a new body. I moved effortlessly and felt grounded and confident. Better physically and emotionally. Her work is amazing. She should be available on the NHS.
I too am a certified yoga instructor but have struggled with chronic hip and low back pain due to a nasty injury to one of my knees. Maria and her Feldenkrais sessions have finally been the key to relief that my chiropractors, massage therapists or even physical therapists could bring. When there’s an imbalance in the hips it even crawls up the back to the neck. I always feel better after this practice and am committed to it!
