This is an audio with a breathing exercise that will help you activate the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for rest & digest) – take it to bed with you.
What this breathing exercise can do for you (amongst other things):
- Help you go to sleep in case of trouble sleep
- Help you to have a deeper sleep
- Calm the your nervous system (remember this will activate your parasympathetic nervous system) allowing the body to recover and heal itself.
- It quietens the mind and relaxes the body.
