But let’s not support taboos that affect our health.
What matters the most to me is my health and yours – that’s why I do the work I do.
And I want to raise awareneness for this subject.
We will all get old, there is no way around it.
But let’s face it, no one wants a hunched back and you don’t have to have one.
However, sadly, a lot of people will end up with one because they don’t know that what they are doing is creating a hunched back.
Especially now because of this digital life style we live but that’s only half the story…
I don’t want you to be one of these people and I know you won’t because you know better.
Like me, you want to do all you can today to look like any of the first four ladies on the picture above and to prevent ending up like the lady on the far right.
What we need to realise is that a hunched back doesn’t show up in our lives, one day, from nowhere.
It is many years in making!
Most of us are doing things on a daily basis that are contributing to a hunched back later in life.
The simplest things like the way we wash our hands, brush our teeth, make a cup of tea and so on…
I have created an online course for you where I teach all you need to know about preventing a hunched back.
I will show you the dos and the dont’s of leaning over and how to do it with elegance.
You will also learn how to squat because that is part of preventing a hunched back.
The side effect of this is that you will go about life leaning over and squatting with elegance and people are going to notice it and dare I say, compliment you.
These are skills noone ever taught us.
They are life-changing skills that will serve you for the rest of your life and skills you can pass onto your children.
So if you want to learn all about preventing a hunched back have a look at my online course
