But let’s not support taboos that affect our health.
What matters the most to me is my health and yours – that’s why I do the work I do.
And I want to raise awareness for this subject.
We will all get old, there is no way around it.
But let’s face it, no one wants a hunched back and you don’t have to have one.
However, sadly, a lot of people will end up with one because they don’t know that what they are doing is creating a hunched back.
Especially now because of this digital lifestyle we live but that’s only half the story…
I don’t want you to be one of these people and I know you won’t because you know better.
Like me, you want to do all you can today to look like any of the first four ladies on the picture above and to prevent ending up like the lady on the far right.
What we need to realise is that a hunched back doesn’t show up in our lives, one day, from nowhere.
It is many years in making!
Most of us are doing things on a daily basis that are contributing to a hunched back later in life.
The simplest things like the way we wash our hands, brush our teeth, make a cup of tea and so on…
