We all know that core strength is key to a healthy back and good posture.
However, what you might not know is that the core muscle aren’t only about the back.
Because the core muscles run the entire length of the torso incl the pelvis they also have an important role when it comes to walking.
This means that toned core muscles will improve our walking experience ie. we can walk better and for longer without discomfort.
