Last week I talked about the ‘pecking habit’ and taught you how you can prevent it.
This week I’m bringing to you, as promised, a Feldenkrais exercise that will help correct a rounded back.
The video is at the bottom of this email.
Whether you have a rounded back (or starting to develop one) or not this exercise will help you increase the mobility and flexibility in your the neck and back. It will also help with regaining or making the connection between the neck and the spine more clear.
This is, too, a very enjoyable exercise for the neck and back so enjoy moving your neck and back.
Take good care of your spine. You only have the one.
If you want to learn more, much more about posture to stay away from pain and look good then come along to my Posture Masterclass in London on 27 July.
Part of this day also includes how to introduce and teach your children good postural habits.
The EARLY BIRD rate is coming to an end soon.
