The other day I was teaching about sitting and asked people where the sitting bones were.
One teenager replied: “Somewhere behind your neck”
If, like this teenager, you don’t know much about your sitting bones, you know, you are not alone.
That is because growing up, we are not taught this stuff hence so much awkward sitting and pain going on.
Now, if you don’t know where your sitting bones are and what they do then, you cannot be sitting well.
I am almost certain that you would agree with me that this is basic information we all ought to know so that we can take good care of our backs, right?
So let me tell you about your sitting bones so that you can, from now on, sit with good posture and teach your loved ones.
And if you want to learn more, much more then come along to my Posture Masterclass in London on 27 July.
