I wanted to share with you that I’ve suffering with a repetitive strain injury (RSI) on my right arm for the last couple of weeks (I think it is from knitting and crochetting as I have been doing a lot of it in the evenings.
If you ever had a RSI you know how annoying it can be as it stops us from doing the most basic things or we have to do them with pain or discomfort.
However, thanks to Feldenkrais things are getting better and my arm is healing.
After a few requests from my tribe I put together an online programme with all the exercises that helped me heal my RSI.
