In today’s video I’m showing you one particular thing we all do every single day, but how are you doing it?
Our bodies, muscles, ligaments, and joints suffer from wear and tear as we go about life.
Our spines, in particular, are exposed to a lot of wear and tear because of all the bending and twisting we need to do to in our everyday lives.
However, if we, on a daily basis, pay attention to how we use our bodies we can reduce the amount of wear and tear.
We do that by learning how to move more efficiently and in ways that create minimal wear and tear.
This, in turn, can reduce the chances of developing back problems.
Although some people may develop back issues due to an accident, an injury or a birth defect, a lot of people don’t.
Many people have back issues because of many years of misuse, a lack of awareness in the way they move and of course no-one taught us the skills to take care of our backs.
Today, I am showing you one thing we do every single day that contributes to the wear and tear in the spine and a hunched back.
And, more importantly, how to correct it.
I hope this information makes sense to you and that you use it to keep your spine healthy and at the same time look good.
Please leave me your thoughts below the video and if you found the teachings useful then please also share it around.
