How do we make sure we don’t develop a rounded back and that our children don’t either?
I know that my work can sometimes touch a nerve or two.
But, I hope you understand that my work is educational and that my mission and purpose in life is to, above all, relieve pain from the world.
Yes, looking good, feeling elegant and boost self-confidence is also part of my purpose but that is only a side effect of my work.
A lot of of people, are in pain because they didn’t know better when they were growing up, my work wasn’t there.
Most of this pain can easily be prevented if we take the time to learn and teach our children.
With this in mind, I want you to have a full understanding of where a rounded back (also known as kyphosis or neck hump) comes from but more importantly, how you can make sure you (and/or our children) don’t develop one.
The other day, I was walking along the sea front (where I live) and I noticed a young man (a teenager) walking along with his family.
There was nothing special about this young man but, what struck me was that he had the beginnings of a hunched-back; his head was no longer on top of his spine.
My heart sank!
Unfortunately, I’m no longer in shock when I see this, I see it often.
But my heart still sinks each time I see it!
That is because this is something simple we can all learn (and teach children) to prevent it from happening.
This is not only to do with how we look but the discomfort and pain it comes with it.
While some people may have a rounded back due to a condition of the spine, most people who have or are developing a roundness of the back aren’t in that category.
Yes – prevention of a rounded back takes learning and practice but once we know it, it’s a skill for life and we can rely on it to help us have a better quality of life.
So what can we do to prevent a rounded back?
If you have been with me for a while, you’ll know that I have addressed this subject a few times and have also given you exercices to help correct this issue.
However, if you have missed it or if this is something not clear to you yet and you want to dig a bit deeper then know that, I have included a tutorial (with the key exercise) about how to prevent a rounded back as a SUPER BONUS (ie free for you) in my online programme BETTER POSTURE for a BETTER LIFE.
I will be closing the doors to this programme on Sunday at midnight (UK time).
<<First Name>>, I have just received this feedback from someone inside the programme:
“It’s the best exercise in the world for your pelvic area. I had never before felt my pelvis so relieved and in place! Thank you very much!”
Please know taht living life without pain and being able to do the things we love doing is possible – this course will help you achieve that – please read what people say below.
We don’t have to end up with a hunched back!
