Good posture is as important to your good health as eating healthy food.
The spine is what keeps you moving thus a healthy spine allows you to move without pain, fluidly and with ease.
The list could carry on for another few pages but I gave you the most important points.
Look at pictures of yourself at parties, family gatherings and any picture with you in it. Notice what are your postural habits:
Do you like what you see?
What do you think it needs to be addressed?
What ever it is just notice without judgement or disappointment.
The very first step, and probably the most difficult one, towards good posture is to come to realize and accept where you are now.
